  • 100 ग्राम बादाम
  • 100 ग्राम काजू
  • 50 ग्राम अखरोट
  • 25 ग्राम कद्दू के बीज
  • 25 ग्राम मगज के बीज
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच खसखस
  • 50 ग्राम किशमिश
  • 3 बड़े चम्मच घी
  • 1/4 छोटी चम्मच दालचीनी पाउडर
  • 200 ग्राम खजूर
  • 1 चम्मच शहद
  • 1/2 छोटी चम्मच इलायची पाउडर
  • 1/2 छोटी चम्मच जायफल पाउडर

ड्राई फ्रूट लडडू बनाने की विधि

  • लड्डू बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले काजू, बादाम अखरोट को बारीक बारीक काट लें।
  • खजूर के बीज हटाकर अलग कर ले और खजूर को मिक्सर जार में डालकर पीस लें।
  • एक भारी तले की कढ़ाई में घी गर्म करें और धीमी आंच में बारीक कटे हुए अखरोट, बादाम और काजू को हल्का सुनहरा होने तक भून लें।
  • जब यह भुन जाए तो इन्हें एक प्लेट में निकाल ले।
  • अब बचे हुए घी में कद्दू के बीज, मगज के बीज, किसमिस, और खसखस डालकर हल्का सा भून लें और इन्हें भी एक प्लेट में निकाल ले।
  • उसी कढ़ाई में एक चम्मच घी के साथ धीमी आंच में पिसे हुए खजूर को भी 2 से 3 मिनट तक हल्का सा भून लें।
  • अब एक बड़े बाउल में खजूर और भुने हुए ड्राई फ्रूट डालकर मिला लें।
  • इसमें दालचीनी का पाउडर, इलायची पाउडर, जायफल का पाउडर, एक चम्मच शहद डालकर सभी चीजों को अच्छे से मिक्स करें कि यह लड्डू बनने लायक हो जाए।
  • अब थोड़ा थोड़ा मिश्रण लेकर मीडियम साइज के लड्डू बनाकर तैयार कर ले।
  • बहुत हेल्थी लड्डू बन कर तैयार हैं, इन्हें किसी एयरटाइट कंटेनर में भरकर रख लें और पूरे परिवार को एक-एक लड्डू जरूर खिलाएं।
